We usually tell our customers that the turn around time is 10-14 business days. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over this. I have checked with Signia myself and they are experiencing high volume that is creating delays in repairs. I am sorry to hear that your hearing aids were experiencing battery issues but I am happy to learn that you took them to your provider to send back to the manufacturer for repair. Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns. 2) They claim their Trustpilot rating is 5, while Trustpilot itself is a 4.4 average, and as you can see, most of the negatives are 1 or 2 ratings for lack of customer service. If you go to the website, you will see a couple of lies: 1) " is not currently impacted by supply shortages," which is an excuse I am hearing about my repair. The kind of customer service I expect is not rocket only requires customer focus over excess profiteering. and Signia are happy to sell you hearing devices and make promises, but very short on follow-up services. Using one hearing aid is difficult and is something I should not have to put up with. If it is not so simple, then simply replace it. For $6,000 devices, this sort of wait for a simple warranty repair is unacceptable.
It was like pulling teeth and lot of harsh words from me to finally find someone to respond.he has checked a couple of times and now promises to do so daily.a start, but I'm on the second 1-2 business day promise. After well over a week and no news, I tried to contact for some information.
My Elite provider confirmed the problem in about a minute (pretty obviously the battery failure), and he sent it back to the manufacturer. I confirmed the charger was working, charged both aids fully, and still had the same problem. It would turn on then go off after about 30 seconds. After only using them about a year, a little over two weeks ago my right hearing aid stopped working. and their manufacturer, Signia, are pretty much interested in sales, not service.
